We improve access to nutritious food and quality health education and services so people have the resources they need to lead healthy lives.
Examples include mental health treatment, substance misuse supports, dental care, and women's health.

We work with our neighbors to build communities that are more connected, supportive, and ready to respond to any challenge.
Examples include support of the homeless response system through the Coordinated Access Network and the Waterbury Homeless Taskforce, support during the flood and water main break, and the work of our Food Resource Collaborative.

We create pathways for young people to reach their goals, from early childhood education to college and career success.
Examples include early literacy, early care and education, before and after school care, summer camps, Bridge to Success, and Waterbury Promise.
