"We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give."
- Winston Churchill

The United Way Of Greater Waterbury sincerely thanks those individuals who have made a lasting and meaningful gift through estate planning.

1942 Society members are recognized for their future support made through beneficiary designations, wills, insurance policies, real estate, and other types of charitable giving methods. Our member’s vision is to provide a sustainable and alternate source of funds beyond their annual gift so they can support United Way for generations to come.

The United Way of Greater Waterbury has provided services to our community since 1942. While the specific challenges that face the Greater Waterbury area evolve with time, helping one another remains a constant and the commitment to investing in the community's future and enriching lives will always remain.

If you choose to include United Way in your plans, have not yet notified us that you have done so, or would like additional information, please contact us through the form or email/phone below so we may thank you and acknowledge your role in our 1942 Society.
